Complaints Policy
We hope you’ll never need to send us a complaint, because we try hard to meet the high standards we set for ourselves. However, sometimes things go wrong, and you may want to make a complaint. In the first instance we encourage anyone with a complaint to try and resolve the matter with the person they have been dealing with. If you are unable to do so or the complaint is of a more serious nature then please contact us here. Regardless of whether a complaint is submitted formally or informally we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely fashion (where that is possible) and to communicate well with you.
Equality, Inclusion and Diversity Policy
We are committed to ensuring that everyone who uses our services, including staff, contractors and volunteers are treated fairly and with dignity. The purpose of this policy is to set out the steps that we will take to ensure that all feel loved, valued and are treated with dignity and respect. It will also ensure that our working practices support our statutory responsibilities. You can find our policy here.
